The following information has been provided by area police departments. The information listed in this column is considered public record and is available to anyone seeking information concerning what is provided below.

For purposes of this column, the term “arrested” or “charged” does not necessarily mean the person was taken into physical custody. It could also indicate that a summons was issued to the subject in lieu of physical custody.

All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, Sept. 6, Brookville 2400335: Karisa J. Gentry, 52, of Brookville, consumption in a motor vehicle and open container. Incarcerated.

Brookville 2400336: An unknown subject attempted to break into the Pee Wee Football concession stand in Golden Gate Park.

Saturday, Sept. 7, Clayton 240000987: A resident reported leaving her wallet at Huntington Bank and fraudulent charges were made on her account.

Sunday, Sept. 8, Brookville 2400337: Jenny L. Kuhns, 40, of Dayton 45405, obstructing official business. Incarcerated.

Brookville 2400338: A 13-year-female was charged with being unruly on Crosswell Avenue and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center.

Clayton 240000990: A resident reported paying a deposit on a washer and dryer listed for sale on a friend’s Facebook page. The resident then learned her friend’s Facebook account had been hacked and the items for sale was a scam.

Clayton 240000993: A 16-year-old male was charged with breaking and entering at KRW Cycles. He was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center.

Monday, Sept. 9, Brookville 2400340: Beth A. Baker, 61, of Brookville, assured clear distance ahead. Issued court summons.

Tuesday, Sept. 10, Clayton 240001002: An unknown black male stole a carton of Newport 100 cigarettes at United Dairy Farmers and fled in a silver Honda Accord displaying an expired license plate registered to an Oldsmobile.

Wednesday, Sept. 11, Brookville 2400341: A 16-year-old female was charged with being unruly on Ramblewood Court and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center.

Clayton 240001015: An unknown white male entered Casey’s General Store and filled drawstring bag with various merchandise and then fled the store on foot to the northeast.
