Wednesday, June 12, Englewood 2400001008: Tyish C. Gaines, 31, of Dayton 45406, arrested on Montgomery County felony warrant. Incarcerated.
Thursday, June 13, Englewood 2400001009: Donna L. Ramos, 54, of Dayton 45417, arrested on Montgomery County felony warrant and Warren County misdemeanor warrant. Incarcerated.
Englewood 2400001016: Darren J. Sawmiller, 41, of Tipp City, telecommunications harassment. Charges forwarded to court seeking an arrest warrant.
Friday, June 14, Englewood 2400001012: Melissa J. Gay, 39, of Dayton 45406, arrested on two Montgomery County warrants. Incarcerated.
Sunday, June 16, Englewood 2400001033: The theft of a case of beer was reported at Speedway.
Englewood 2400001037: Nakela S. McGhee, 29, of Miamisburg, protection order violation. Charges forwarded to court.
Sunday, Aug. 25, Brookville 2400314: Joseph D. Dawson, 50, of Brookville, operating a vehicle impaired. Issued a court summons and released at his residence.
Brookville 2400315: Davin L. Stearns, 37, of Lewisburg, white lights to the rear, no operator’s license, and driving under OVI suspension. Vehicle impounded. Issued court summons.
Monday, Aug. 26, Brookville 2400316: Javaun M. McFadden, 37, of Charlotte, N.C., failure to maintain reasonable control. Issued a court summons.
Brookville 2400317: Judith R. Jewsikow, 84, of Brookville, failure to stop at posted stop sign. Issued a court summons.
Brookville 2400319: Kaitlyn M. McBride, 18, of Vandalia, and Tyler R. Weaver, 19, of Dayton 45414, both charged with illegal possession of tobacco products. They were released with a court summons.
Tuesday, Aug. 27, Brookville 2400320: Dawn E. LaPlante, 46, of Brookville, driving under suspension and no operator’s license. Vehicle impounded. Issued a court summons.
Wednesday, Aug. 28, Brookville 2400321: David S. May, 47, of Springfield, failure to signal, no operator’s license, driving under suspension, driving under 12-points suspension, drug abuse, and tampering with evidence. Taken to county jail.
Brookville 2400322: A 16-year-old male was charged with underage possession of tobacco products at Brookville High School. Charges were forwarded to juvenile court.
Friday, Aug. 30, Brookville 2400324: An unruly juvenile was transported to the Miami Valley Career Technology Center and released to attend classes.
Brookville 2400325: Joshua A. Reeves, 41, of Oshkosh, Wis., possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing official business, failure to signal, and display of registration. Transported to hospital for evaluation and issued a court summons.
Brookville 2400326: Thomas D. Miller, 55, of New Castle, Ind., drug possession, drug paraphernalia, drug abuse instrument, and muffler – excessive noise. Amie D. Essex, 43, of Muncie, Ind., drug possession and drug paraphernalia. Miller and Essex were both taken to the county jail.
Saturday, Aug. 31, Brookville 2400328: Trisha L. Chastain, 45, of Brookville, was charged with noise regulations and issued a court summons.
Sunday, Sept. 1, Clayton 240000959: An unknown subject entered an unlocked vehicle on Harrington Avenue and removed a 9 millimeter Ruger LC9 handgun with a loaded magazine.
Clayton 24000960: A 2019 GMC Sierra, possibly unlocked with the key inside, was stolen from the 8100 block of Inwood Ave. The vehicle was located by Dayton Police in 100 block of Central Ave. and towed by Englewood Truck.
Clayton 240000961: A woman came to Fire Station 85 with multiple injuries after being assaulted in the bathroom by three women at the Muse Lounge, 6504 Union Rd. The case was turned over to the detective section for investigation.
Clayton 240000966: Ella G. Rideout, 63, of Dayton 45406, possession of narcotics and taken to the county jail.
Monday, Sept. 2, Clayton 240000969: Theft was reported at Dollar General where a male subject walked out of the store with a trash can full of items and then walked into the Garden Woods Apartments complex. Police could not locate the suspect.
Tuesday, Sept. 3, Brookville 2400332: Timothy R. Ziegler, 52, of Brookville, arrested on a warrant for a probation violation and taken to county jail.
