WEST MILTON — The Brookville girls finished 4th out of 20 full teams at the Bob Schul Invitational. There were 260 girls completing this race.

Leading the Lady Devils was Dylan Ballin in 8th Place with a solid time of 20:18. Varsity scoring came from Hunter Gardner 31st, Cayleigh Tipton 34th, Ella Renner 35th, Serenity Suggs 46th, Kyra Hope 87th, & Lindsay Rieder 129th.

“Hunter, Cayleigh, and Ella did a great job working together and it showed in our team results today! We also had strong performances from Nora Dunkle, Maddie Allen, Ava Ullery, and Alexis Stegner,” said Brookville coach Jon Bland.

The Brookville Boys placed 8th out of 28 complete teams. The Blue Devils were again led by Lucas Tipton who finished 7th in a PR of 16:51.

Logan Wright, Evan Pentecost, Chase Puskas, Drew Stammen, Greyson Florkey, & Luuk Fokkink completed Brookville’s scoring.

“There was only 38 seconds between our 2nd and 8th runner,” Bland said. “That’s a nice pack and they’re working together to move that group up! Sam Seitz, Dylan Meyers, Blake Stacy, Christian Seitz, Beck Fowler, Alex Waggoner, Bryson Murdock, Carson Barr, Trent Barr, Skylar Logan, & Ben Manley all ran well and showed the depth of this Blue Devil squad!”
