TCN FFA members succeed at fair

This summer the TCN-MVCTC FFA members’ hard work paid off at the Preble County Fair. The chapter had three students show animals and projects at the fair, and 23 students submit shop and crop projects.

LEWISBURG — This summer the TCN-MVCTC FFA members have been hard at work, and their hard work paid off at the Preble County Fair.

The chapter had three students show animals and projects at the fair, and 23 students submit shop and crop projects.

Blake Stump showed Market Goats and placed in the top three in all his classes. Leanna Banks showed her horse and placed high in her showmanship and western pleasure classes. Anna Harris showed her Beef Market Steer where she placed third in showmanship, placed in the top five overall in the carcass show and placed second in her open class show.

Top Shop and Crop students were Troy Severt, placing second; Neveah Cole, placing fourth, and Corbin Flory, placing fifth with their medium wood projects (flower boxes) and Jeffery Ricketts placing second, Abby Plemons placing fourth and Josie Porter placing fifth with their Arc Welding projects.
