Preble County grand jury indictments

EATON — During its Monday, Aug. 5, session, a Preble County grand jury returned indictments on the following individuals:

Walter Joseph Miller, 131 Morrow Street, Piqua, possession of heroin, possessing drug abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; Galen Wade Lawson, 12320 Ohio 122, Camden, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; Jesse Jay Rhoades, 414 S. East Street, Winchester, Indiana, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possessing drug abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and James Richard Hankins Jr., 107 Pearl Street, New Paris, theft from a person in a protected class, misuse of credit cards and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
