Sunday, April 28, Englewood 240000671: Jeremy S. Cordes, 51, of Dayton 45406, operating a motor vehicle intoxicated. He registered at 0.268 percent on a breath intoxilyzer test. Issued summons and released to family.
Monday, April 29, Englewood 240000682: James A. Lackey, 54, of Dayton 45403, theft at Meijer. Incarcerated.
Wednesday, May 1, Englewood 240000696: Steven A. Pettigrew, Jr., 40, of Dayton 45417, two counts of theft at Walmart and incarcerated.
