Saturday, April 20, Brookville 2400114: A resident turned in a backpack left on his property containing a basketball and a set of keys on a University of Kentucky keychain.
Clayton 240000409: Ashley S. Cage, 37, of Dayton 45403, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, open container, and speeding. She was transported to the county jail.
Clayton 240000410: Devon C. Draper, 30, of Dayton 45405, was charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the parking lot of the Muse Night Club, 6504 N. Union Rd. He also was trespassed from the property at the request of the business owner. Draper was transported to the county jail.
Sunday, April 21, Brookville 2400115: Breaking and entering was reported at an apartment on Market Street. An unknown subject allegedly stole antique plates and dirty laundry.
Monday, April 22, Clayton 240000417: Police responded to Spanish Trace apartments on the report of gunshots. Three bullet casings were found in front of an apartment. No charges were filed.
Clayton 240000418: A 2019 Infinity Q50 was stolen from a driveway in the 4700 block of Scothills Dr. A neighbor’s surveillance camera recorded the theft. The camera footage showed that a gray four door vehicle with a wing on the back pulled up at 3:50 a.m. A male subject got out and entered the Infinity. Both vehicles then drove away. The owner was able to ping her vehicle, which revealed it was in the Columbus area.
Clayton 240000422: Nathan Y. Hanley, 40, of Dayton 45406, was arrested on an active warrant and transported to the county jail.
Thursday, April 25, Brookville 2400123: Carl R. Armstrong, 37, of Brookville, was charged with dog running at large and was issued a court summons.
Brookville 2400126: Police responded to the 200 block of Crosswell Ave. on a hit and run crash. Alexandria M. Schreiber, 26, of Brookville, was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control.
Saturday, April 27, Clayton 240000438: Meghan J. Cherry, 31, of Trotwood, was charged with driving under non-compliance suspension, was issued a warning for speeding and failure to obey a traffic control device and was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court. She was transported to the county jail.
Clayton 240000440: A male subject was issued a trespass warning at KRW Cycles and told that if he returns, he might be arrested.
Wednesday, May 1, Clayton 240000458: Officers responded to the 8600 block of N. Main St. on a complaint of someone driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent. Police learned the suspect had also stolen several items from the victim’s home. . Since this was a felony theft, the case was forwarded to the detective section.
Thursday, May 2, Clayton 240000459: A 2016 Nissan Altima was reported stolen in the 4100 block of Rundell Dr. The car was left unlocked with the keys and a purse inside containing a drivers license, $500 cash, 15 debit/credit cards, a concealed carry permit, a house key, and a work badge.
Clayton 240000460: Chloe Y. Young, 22, of Trotwood, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, failure to maintain reasonable control, and open container. She was taken to Miami Valley North Hospital to be evaluated for injuries and then transported to the county jail.
