Trick-or-treat fun

PREBLE COUNTY — Despite a chilly Halloween evening on Tuesday, Oct. 31, communities around Preble County held their Beggars’ Night activities for children to collect candy. In many neighborhoods, hundreds of costumed kids collected candy as the went door-to-door.
