All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, March 3, Clayton 23-0000244: An unknown subject entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 5100 block of Savina Ave. and removed a 2020 iPhone.

Saturday, March 4, Clayton 23-0000246: A security camera recorded an unknown white male, possibly in his teens, driving a white Ford SUV, pull into a driveway in the 300 block of Clinton St. and throw tomatoes at the front of a home and pour two cans of Campbell’s clam chowder on the front porch and entryway.

Clayton 23-0000248: Police responded to a domestic incident in the 5100 block of Savina Ave. No charges were filed. One of the involved subjects agreed to leave for the night.

Sunday, March 5, Brookville 23-00084: Michael A. Brown, Jr., 43, of Springfield, was arrested on a felony probation warrant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Brookville 23-00085: Phone harassment was reported at BP.

Clayton 23-0000251: The theft of a rear license plate from a vehicle was reported at Winston Woods Apartments.

Monday, March 6, Clayton 23-0000256: A couple involved in a domestic dispute in a vehicle pulled into the Clayton Government Center parking lot. The female driver was provided with information on how to obtain a protection order. The male was released.

Tuesday, March 7, Brookville 23-00088: Brandy A. Price, 30, of Brookville, was issued a new court date for a speeding ticket after she forgot to show up for court and a warrant had been issued. She was released and informed if she did not show up on the new court date another warrant would be issued.

Brookville 23-00089: Phone harassment was reported at Little Angles Daycare.

Wednesday, March 8, Brookville 23-00090: A female subject was issued a criminal trespass warning at Holiday Inn Express.

Thursday, March 9, Brookville 23-00091: Freddie L. Matthews III, 43, of Dayton 45405, was charged with driving under non-compliance suspension. He was released to a relative with a court summons. His vehicle was impounded.

Brookville 23-00092: Michael L. Fohl, 70, of Brookville, was charged with driving under non-compliance suspension. His vehicle was impounded. He was issued a court summons and provided a courtesy ride to his residence.

Brookville 23-00095: A driver suffering from blood sugar issues struck two parked cars on Market Street, knocking the driver’s sideview mirror off one o the vehicles.

Clayton 23-0000267: The theft of a laptop computer from an unlocked vehicle was reported in the 4700 block of Scothills Dr.

Clayton 23-0000268: A resident stated he left his bookbag in a vehicle that his brother drove to the 4700 block of Scothills Dr. and the bookbag was stolen from the vehicle. The items from the bookbag were found scattered in a yard a few houses away from where the car was parked and were returned to the victim, with the exception of a school issued iPad.
