EATON — The Preble County Mental Health & Recovery Board, in partnership with the Preble County Council on Aging, is conducting a Stress Busting Program for Caregivers.
This program is designed to improve the quality of life of family caregivers by helping them manage stress and provide a supportive group environment. Each session will teach caregivers new ways to cope with stress using relaxation strategies, problem solving skills, and education.
