EATON — Eaton-based Triangle Therapy recently received a$7,400 grant from the McCullough-Hyde Foundation to help provide pediatric day camps and group activities which benefit children with special or therapeutic needs in Preble County.

For over 20 years, Triangle Therapy Services has used the world of nature (animals and the outdoors) to provide “a powerful setting in which to achieve traditional clinical goals.” TTS, located on 20 rural acres in Eaton, has five licensed therapists, 24 therapy animals, and 30 volunteers who provide children and families from around southwest Ohio with its pediatric therapy services.

Triangle Therapy treats diagnoses including Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, autism/PDD, Down Syndrome, motor delay, ADHD, developmental delay, neurological disease and trauma, learning disabilities and language delay.

The McCullough-Hyde Foundation recently announced it had approved grants totaling $81,500 which address significant health needs of local communities to 16 community organizations throughout Butler and Preble counties in Ohio and Franklin and Union counties in Indiana. Triangle Therapy Association was one of 28 awarded funds in the latest round of awards.

The Community Granting Program is a grant-making initiative that invests in organizations which address significant health needs of local communities. The McCullough-Hyde Foundation partners with and provides funding to local organizations that lead the way in building healthier communities. The program launched in 2023 and has awarded more than $430,000 to community organizations.
