Girls XC runners compete at Treaty City Invite

GREENVILLE — A total of 30 girls teams competed at the annual Treaty City Invitational on Saturday hosted by Greenville High School. Of those 30 teams only 17 scored enough points to place in the final standings.

The Brookville girls took 3rd overall while Eaton was 9th, and Northmont 12th. Ft. Loramie was 1st with Versailles the runner-up.

Northmont junior Jazlen Simpson took 5th place in 20:38.9 and Brookville senior Dylan Ballin 8th in 20:55.3. Northmont sophomore Addison Brown was 13th in 21:25.0.

Brookville runners freshman Ella Renner was 20th (21:52.0), senior Hunter Gardner 27th (22:06.5) and freshman Cayleigh Tipton 29th (22:07.8).

Eaton runners junior Josie Eilerman finished 32nd (22:11.9) and freshman Avery Bleil 33rd (22:12.4). Brookville senior Serenity Suggs was 40th (22:36.7).

Eaton runners senior Addison Guiley was 44th (22:52.5), sophomore Brynlee Hamilton 51st (23:04.9), and junior Elise Simmons 76th (24:11.4).

Northmont sophomore Abbie Weeks was 85th (23:34.5). National Trail junior Sydney Whalen 86th (24:34.6). Brookville junior Lindsay Rieder 89th (24:38.9). Northmont senior Lilia Lopez 91st (24:40.6).

Eaton runners sophomores Ali Davis was 104th (25:25.4) and Vivian Weadick-Hoover was 105th (25:29.8).

Brookville freshman Kyra Hope was 107th (25:48.9). Twin Valley South junior Baylee Bailey was 108th (25:49.3). National Trail freshman Kira Rutan was 114th (26:18.7).

Preble Shawnee senior Faith Jessie finished 119th (26:40.3). Northmont runners sophomore Maddie Abbott was 132nd (28:28.4) and freshman Samantha Santana was 140th (29:18.4). Preble Shawnee senior Sally White was 142nd (29:26.3).
