All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Thursday, May 30, Englewood 240000891: Mical J. Carr, 35, of Palm Bay, Fla., theft at Walmart. Taken to county jail.

Englewood 240000892: Michael L. McCoy, 44, at large, disorderly conduct by intoxication. Taken to county jail.

Englewood 240000897: Kristina M. McCullough, 38, of Dayton 45416, arrested on full extradition warrant through North Carolina for a parole violation. She was taken to the county jail.

Friday, May 31, Englewood 240000901: Zamir M.Y. Edwards, 23, of Clayton 45415, was charged with disorderly conduct after leaving the scene of a traffic accident. He was issued a court summons.

Saturday, June 1, Englewood 240000906: Dion L. Johnson, 52, of Dayton 45405, operating a vehicle intoxicated, open container, and failure to maintain marked lanes. Issued court summons and released to girlfriend.

Monday, July 1, Union 24000000245: Zachary S. Holzapfel, 36, of Union, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, issued a court summons and released to a sober person.

Saturday, July 6, Union 24000000248: Police responded to the 400 block of Merrymaid Dr. on the report of two people that were bitten by a dog. Jamey L. Ishman, 41, of Union, was charged with dog at large with a 10 day quarantine notice. He was issued a court summons.

Monday, July 8, Union 24000000249: Nickolas J. Henderson, 22, of Union, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, lighted lights required, and open container. He registered at 0.114 on a breath intoxilyzer test. He was issued a court summons and released to a family member.

Union 24000000250: The theft of prescription medication from an unlocked vehicle was reported at Amazon, 1835 Union Airpark Blvd.

Tuesday, July 9, Union 24000000251: Charionne N. Lee, 24, of Trotwood, was arrested on a warrant out of Huber Heights and transported to the county jail.

Thursday, July 11, Union 24000000256: Brandon Carrington Ray Foster, 41, of Dayton 45404, was charged with theft at Amazon, 1835 Union Airpark Blvd. He was taken to the county jail.

Saturday, July 13, Union 24000000258: Ivan W. Walker, 48, of Dayton 45402, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, operating a vehicle intoxicated within 20 years of having previously been convicted of OVI, open container, driving under financial responsibility act suspension, failure to reinstate license, driving under child support suspension, marked lanes of travel, and was arrested on a warrant out of Harrison Township for failure to appear. He was taken to the county jail.

Union 24000000260: Sydnei Mashea Dioni Copher, 20, of Trotwood, was charged with open container, driving under financial responsibility act suspension, and turn signal required. She was released with a court summons.

Sunday, July 18, Union 24000000263: Jose I. Rivera, 49, of Union, was charged with aggravated trespass and menacing and taken to the county jail.

Monday, July 19, Union 24000000264: Victoria M. Clontz, 38, of Beavercreek, was charged with obstructing official business and was arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County for a probation violation. She was taken to the county jail.

Union 24000000265: Andrea N. Sutherland, 52, of Union, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, speeding, and illegal window tint. She was issued a court summons and released at her residence.

Sunday, July 21, Union 24000000266: Christopher M. Eads, 52, of Brookville, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated and speeding. He was issued a court summons and released to a sober driver.
