All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Saturday, May 25, Englewood 240000874: Jason A. Lewis, 24, of Dayton 45405, disorderly conduct. Taken to jail.

Sunday, May 26, Englewood 240000879: Kristopher G. Schauer, 62, of Dayton 45406, operating a vehicle intoxicated. He registered at 0.102 percent on a breath intoxilyzer test. Issued court summons and released to a friend.

Englewood 240000880: William F. Knight, 45, of Dayton 45406, arrested on felony warrant for robbery. Taken to jail.

Monday, May 27, Englewood 240000882: Michael A. McCoy, 44, of Dayton 45417, disorderly conduct by intoxication. Issued summons and taken to hospital for treatment.

Tuesday, May 28, Englewood 240000887: William H. Westbay, Jr., 51, of Louisville, Ky., disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated (overdose). Transported to hospital and issued court summons.

Thursday, May 30, Englewood 240000889: Shannon R. Milnickel, 55, at large, failure to comply and failure to disclose. Taken to jail.

Sunday, June 30, Brookville 2400224: Akihiko Sirrakawa, 52, of Brookville, driving under suspension and speeding. Released with court summons. Vehicle impounded.

Wednesday, July 3, Brookville 2400228: Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Calmer Ernst Blvd.

Friday, July 5, Brookville 2400231: A set of keys were found along the bike trail and turned in to police.

Brookville 2400232: Dreonna A.S. Abernethy, 26, of Brookville, headlight illumination required, seat belt required, driving under OVI suspension. Her vehicle was impounded. She was issued a court summons and given a courtesy ride home.

Saturday, July 6, Brookville 2400233: Dmitri Liner, 75, of Clayton 45415, obeying traffic control devices. Released with court summons.

Sunday, July 7, Brookville 2400234: A suspicious vehicle in Gateway Park was investigated. Police provided the driver with a homeless care package and told the driver to park in a well-lit area like the BP lot if she intended to stay the night.

Thursday, July 11, Brookville 2400235: Shawn M. Jordan, 39, of Brookville, alcohol in park prohibited, drug abuse (marijuana), and criminal trespass. Released with court summons.

Friday, July 19, Clayton 240000762: A 2021 Subaru Crosstrek left unlocked with the keys inside was stolen from Jackie Circle. Trotwood Police found the vehicle in their jurisdiction and the vehicle was retrieved by a family member.

Clayton 240000763: An unknown subject entered an unlocked vehicle on Jackie Circle and stole a women’s wallet and a cell phone.

Sunday, July 21, Clayton 240000765: Nikia J. Branham, 41, of Clayton 45415, operating a vehicle intoxicated, open container in motor vehicle, and speeding. Taken to jail.

Clayton 240000767: Sara E. Wical, 43, of Waynesville, having physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated. Taken to jail.

Clayton 240000770: Alison J. Brown, 47, of Muncie, Ind., right-of-way at highway from any other place other than another roadway and no valid license. Her DNA was collected due to possessing a controlled substance. Taken to jail.

Clayton 240000772: Caleb R. Barber, 29, at large, arrested on warrant and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Taken to jail.

Tuesday, July 23, Clayton 240000777: Identity theft was reported at Garden Woods Apartments where a resident that does not own a vehicle received a speeding ticket in the mail for a vehicle she does not own.

Wednesday, July 24, Clayton 240000780: Shawnna F. Harris, 42, at large, failure to obey a traffic control device, failure to reinstate, and operating a vehicle intoxicated. Transported to hospital and issued a court summons.

Saturday, July 27, Clayton 240000788: Unknown subjects entered an unlocked vehicle in the 4300 block of Crownwood Ave. and removed a work bag, a purse and a spare key fob. The work bag was found on Galaxie Drive and returned to the victim.

Clayton 240000793: Owners of the Muse Lounge, 6504 Union Rd., were issued a written warning for loud sound devices disturbing the peace.

Sunday, July 28, Clayton 240000796: A male subject was issued trespass warning at La Fiesta Mexican restaurant.

Clayton 240000797: Jeffery B. Gudorf, 52, of Clayton 45415, arrested on warrant out of Englewood and turned over to an Englewood officer.
