Brookville Branch Library to hold job hunting programs

BROOKVILLE — Job hunters have the opportunity to create new resumes, cover letters and/or practice interviewing skills by attending one or both of these programs given by the Brookville Branch Library, 120 Blue Pride Drive, Brookville.

The first program concentrating on resumes and cover letters is scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. This will be a good opportunity to refresh and update existing resumes and cover letters, as well as, getting some help in creating new ones. Information Services Assistant Chris Blackford will also highlight some of the resources that the library has to offer.

The second program will be mock interviews and is scheduled for Tuesday, July 30, from 6:30-8 p.m. This event gives participants the chance to practice answering questions and getting tips on acing future job interviews.
