The following information has been provided by area police departments. The information listed in this column is considered public record and is available to anyone seeking information concerning what is provided below.

For purposes of this column, the term “arrested” or “charged” does not necessarily mean the person was taken into physical custody. It could also indicate that a summons was issued to the subject in lieu of physical custody.

All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Thursday, May 9, Englewood 240000760: Danielle N. York, 47, of Clayton 45415, obstructing official business. Incarcerated.

Friday, May 10, Englewood 240000761: Michelle L. Jones, 58, of Dayton 45402, arrested on warrants out of Dayton and Huber Heights for traffic violations. Incarcerated.

Englewood 240000763: Maurice L. Carter, 32, of Dayton 45416, reckless operation. Incarcerated.

Saturday, May 11, Englewood 240000771: Antonio T. Streety, 35, of Dayton 45417, arrested on three warrants out of Dayton Municipal Court. Incarcerated.

Monday, June 17, Brookville 2400196: Police and paramedics responded to a drug overdose at an apartment in the 400 block of Market St. A female subject was administered three doses of Narcan but remained unresponsive. She was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Brookville 2400197: Brian H. Seebock, 47, of Brookville, was arrested in Preble County on a warrant out of Brookville for failure to appear on an original charge of theft. Seebock was turned over to a Brookville officer and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Brookville 2400198: Joshua R. Craun, 37, of Clayton 45415, was charged with expired registration after his vehicle was found parked and abandoned on the westbound exit ramp from I-70.

Brookville 2400199: A female subject reported mailing a check totaling $347.50 to Apex Mechanical Systems for service performed at her home. An unknown subject changed the ‘pay to the order of’ field to Adam J. Alexander and cashed the check at an unknown location. The victim’s bank is investigating.

Clayton 240000651: The theft of checks from a mailbox was reported in the 8100 block of Crestway Dr. One check was addressed to Wells Fargo in the amount of $200 but was altered and cashed for $855.13. The other check was altered to an amount of $540.63 but was only cashed for the original amount. Two other checks were also missing but had not been cashed yet.

Tuesday, June 18, Brookville 2400200: Sherry K. Loveless, 66, of West Alexandria, was charged with rules for starting and backing vehicles after striking a parked car in the 700 block of Meadow Glen Ave.

Clayton 240000652: A 2006 Chevy Z71 pickup left unlocked with the keys inside was stolen from the 3200 block of Old Salem Rd. An unlocked 2013 Cadillac on the property was also entered and $75 cash and a black/silver Taurus nine millimeter semiautomatic handgun with a fully loaded magazine was stolen.

Wednesday, June 19, Brookville 2400201: A male subject reported that he had lost his wallet after leaving Speedway north. Police provided the male with a brochure on identity theft and discussed steps he could take to protect his identity.

Thursday, June 20, Brookville 2400202: An officer attempted to pull a vehicle over that was reported stolen out of Piqua. The vehicle fled north on Arlington Road from Mound Street and then fled east on Interstate 70 at a high rate of speed. The officer terminated his pursuit at the city limits.

Brookville 2400203: Aundre L. Brown, 54, of Dayton 45420, was arrested on a warrant out of Dayton for failure to appear on an original charge of no operator’s license. He was transported to jail.

Clayton 240000659: A female subject was issued a criminal trespass warning at Goodwill, 7759 Hoke Rd.
