ENGLEWOOD — A ribbon cutting was held Friday at 2 p.m. at Full Circle Brewgarden located at 324 Union Blvd., Englewood’s first craft brewery specializing in small batch beer and kombucha.

“We would like to welcome everyone for attending today, including the Northmont Area Chamber of Commerce, members of the Northmont School Board, members of our board, and the city of Englewood,” said Full Circle Brewgarden co-owner Dawn Kirchner.

“We are Full Circle Brewgarden. I am Dawn and this is Franz. We are the owners and Nate Pahl is our brewer. We are so excited to bring craft beer to Englewood as well as craft kombucha, which is fermented tea,” she added. “You can enjoy all of these crafted beverages in our beautiful half-acre garden featuring over 300 plants.”

She also thanked their moms, Susan, and Linda, who she credited for their assistance in making the business become a reality.

“On behalf of Full Circle Brew Garden, thank you so much for having us,” Dawn added and then cut the ceremonial ribbon provided by the chamber of commerce.

Those attending then went inside to tour the 3,000 square foot building which features beautiful wood paneled walls and lots of decorative artwork. The interior seats 46 guests with a half-acre garden to the rear of the facility where patrons can sit and enjoy their beverages.

The business held its grand opening the next day on Sept. 16 but officially opened for business on Aug. 16.

The Kirchners plan to post weekly hours on the business’s Facebook page. That page currently lists business hours as Thursday and Friday from 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday from 2 until 9 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m.
