All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Wednesday, July 19, Englewood report 230001164: Antwoniya Heaven Carnation Dawkins, 18, of Dayton 45404, was charged with theft at Walmart and resisting arrest. She was transported to the county jail.

Union report 23000000278: Officer Jason Jacobs assisted Tipp City Police to check for a stolen 2002 Chevy van. Jacobs found the van in an apartment parking lot in the 100 block of S. Old Mill Rd. Tipp City Police sent a tow truck to pick up the van.

Thursday, July 20, Englewood report 230001170: Kinsey N. Brown, 24, at large, was arrested on a warrant out of Butler Township and was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Torrance Smith, Jr., 36, at large, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were transported to the county jail.

Englewood report 230001173: Mitchell R. Brown, 32, of Englewood, was arrested on warrants out of Kettering and Montgomery County and was also charged with furnishing false information, fictitious plates and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. He was transported to the county jail.

Friday, July 21, Union report 23000000280: Driving without the owner’s consent was reported in the 100 block of Irongate Dr.

Saturday, July 22, Englewood report 230001178: Quentin A. Harris, 24, of Dayton 45414, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated. He was issued a court summons and released to a family member.

Union report 23000000281: An unknown subject entered two unlocked vehicles parked in the 100 block of Woburn Farm Circle. Two key fobs containing a key to one of the vehicles were stolen. A neighbor captured video of the suspect entering the victim’s vehicle and provided it to police.

Union report 23000000282: An unknown subject entered a vehicle parked in the 100 block of Concord Farm Rd. and removed a credit card and prescription medication. The suspect made a transaction with the credit card before the victim discovered it had been stolen.

Sunday, July 23, Englewood report 230001184: An officer responded to Best Western to assist a medic with an overdosed subject. Toni C. Clark, 34, of Tipp City, was charged with disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated and transported to the hospital for treatment. She was issued a court summons. She and two male subjects were also trespassed from the hotel.

Englewood report 230001186: Torrance W. Smith, Jr., 36, at large, was charged with criminal trespassing at Motel 6. He was issued a court summons.

Englewood report 230001188: Angela Roberson, 48, of Dayton 45431, was apprehended by a Miami Valley Hospital North officer at the hospital’s main entrance after fleeing from Meijer. Roberson was released to an Englewood officer, charged with theft at Meijer and transported to the county jail.

Monday, July 24, Englewood report 230001194: A 17-year-old male Englewood resident was charged with criminal damaging after an investigation of nine different buildings that had been spray painted with graffiti. Charges were forwarded to juvenile court.

Englewood report 230001196: Michael S. Kirby, 48, of Tipp City, was charged with theft at Meijer, issued a court summons and released.

Englewood report 230001199: Sha’mar A. Harden, 19, and Dallas Ware, 18, both of Trotwood, were each charged with theft at Walmart. Both were issued a court summons and released.

Union report 23000000283: Cheree M. Verner-Boykin, 53, of Huber Heights, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated and possession of marijuana. She was issued a court summons and released to her husband.

Tuesday, July 25, Englewood report 230001201: Allen R. Haggard, 38, of Cincinnati 45247, was arrested by West Chester Police on a warrant out of Englewood. Haggard was taken to Miamisburg where he was turned over to an Englewood officer and transported to the county jail.

Union report 23000000286: Creed A. Thomas, 21, of Dayton 45403, was charged with possession of liquid hashish, and given a warning for display of license plate. He was issued a court summons and released.

Wednesday, July 26, Englewood report 230001204: Julian K. Barnes, 20, at large, was charged with theft at Meijer, resisting arrest and obstructing official business. He was transported to the county jail.
