Wednesday, July 5, Union Report 23000000253: The theft of two patio chairs was reported in the 100 block of Settlers Trail.

Union Report 23000000258: William R. Hudson, 46, of West Milton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. He was released with a court summons.

Thursday, July 6, Union Report 23000000259: Luke D. Holloway, 22, of Englewood, was charged with criminal damaging for spray painting a park sign, porta potty, parking signs and parking blocks at Wellfield Park. He was issued a court summons at a later date.

Friday, July 7, Englewood Report 230001102: Matthew Decker, 32, of Vandalia, was arrested on a warrant out of Preble County for failure to appear on an original charge of unpaid child support. Hesler was turned over to a Preble County deputy and transported to the Preble County Jail.

Englewood Report 230001099: Ronald Reed, 39, of Englewood, was arrested in Clark County on two warrants out of Englewood for theft and driving under suspension. Reed was turned over to an Englewood officer and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Union Report 23000000260: Officers responded to a crash in the area of E. Martindale Road near Randolph Street with a possible intoxicated subject trying to leave. Officers arrived to find a pickup truck in the westbound lane missing its front driver-side tire with heavy fender damage. Anthony J. Anders, 40, of Union, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of hashish, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle intoxicated, refusal of a breath test with a prior OVI conviction, and failure to control. He was issued a court summons and released to his wife.

Union Report 23000000261: A subject came to the police department to report the theft of Verizon Wireless internet components in the 100 block of Concord Farm Rd.

Saturday, July 8, Englewood Report 230001109: Police responded to Kroger on a welfare check and found multiple people crowded around a running vehicle in the parking lot with an infant child inside screaming with no adult present. Marquese T. Jackson, 27, of Trotwood, was charged with child endangering and transported to the county jail.

Englewood Report 230001111: Police responded to El Toro restaurant on a disorderly subject. Alfreda Y. Tevis, 50, of Dayton 45416, was charged with disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated and transported to the county jail.

Sunday, July 9, Englewood Report 230001115: David A. Hackett, 55, at large, was charged with disorderly conduct at Walmart and transported to the county jail. Jail staff refused to accept Hackett due to a medical issue. He was transported to Grandview Hospital for treatment, issued a court summons and released.

Union Report 23000000262: Iesha M. Wood, 30, of Union, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, OVI over the legal limit, failure to maintain marked lanes, expired registration, plate light required, and open container. She was issued a court summons and released to a sober driver.
