EATON — The NCHA Pre-Congress Cutting event was held Saturday and Sunday, July 1-2 at the Bullen Equestrian Center at the Preble County Fairgrounds. Preble County will host to The Congress Cutting event Oct. 4-7. The NCHA Great Lakes Circuit Finals, an NCHA national event, will follow on Sunday, Oct. 8.
