All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Wednesday, June 21, Englewood Report 230000987: A 15-year-old male from Dayton 45410, was charged with theft at Meijer and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center.

Englewood Report 230000990: Lajade’a N. Elliott, 20, of Harrison Township, was charged with theft at Meijer and transported to the county jail.

Thursday, June 22, Englewood Report 230000991: Police responded to the Shell station at 113 S. Main St. on the report of disorderly subjects. Police encountered a male and female outside. The reporting party stated the male had attempted to steal items and the reporting party had taken them away and told the male to get out of the store. On the way out the male made a statement to a pair of adult black males resulting in one of them taking a swing at the male, which caused a fight to ensure. The fight resulted in several displays in the store getting knocked over and there was blood from one of the participants in the fight spread throughout the business. David B. Parker, 39, of Dayton 45414, was charged with disorderly conduct / fighting and released with a court summons. Parker and the female subject were both trespassed from Shell and issued copies of the trespass notices.

Friday, June 23, Clayton Report 230000696: A male subject was trespassed from Westbrook Apartments and told not to return or face arrest. He was transported to Salem Avenue and Grand Avenue and released with a written criminal trespass warning.

Clayton Report 230000698: Dianna H. Stevenson, 49, of Dayton 45405, was arrested on a warrant out of Huber Heights for failure to appear for trial for a hit and run accident. She was transported to the county jail.

Englewood Report 230001010: Michael R. McCullar, 34, of Kettering, was charged with criminal trespass in the 7000 block of Kinsey Rd. He was issued a court summons and released at Waffle House to wait for his brother to come pick him up.

Saturday, June 24, Brookville Report 23-00252: An officer observed a female pull her vehicle into the grass. When she exited she had blood on her face as well as a nosebleed. She was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Clayton Report 230000701: An unknown subject stole two Louis Vuitton purses from an unlocked vehicle in the 6300 block of Riverbend Dr. A neighbor found the purses two houses away. No items were stolen from either purse.

Englewood Report 230001014: Jeffrey E. Evans, 42, of Englewood, was arrested on a felony-4 drug possession warrant outside of his residence. He was transported to the county jail.

Monday, June 26, Clayton Report 230000709: A male subject was trespassed from a residence on Jackie Circle and issued a criminal trespass warning.

Englewood Report 230001018: Dillon M. Nickell, 28, of New Carlisle, was charged with disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated after ingesting drugs while fleeing from police on his bicycle following a possible theft at Meijer. Nickell was transported to the hospital for treatment, trespassed from Meijer and issued a court summons for the disorderly conduct charge.
