EATON — During a Monday, March 20, meeting of the Preble County Board of Commissioners, the board approved the establishment of a new fund in the budget for a Preble County bridge superstructure replacement project.
Commissioner Adam Craft noted, this fund relates to improvements being made to Toby Road.
In other business:
•The board accepted the resignation of Sarah Stewart with the auditor’s office.
•The board moved into executive session to discuss courthouse technology with Eaton Computer.
•The board held the first public hearing concerning an increase of out-of-state landfill rates and charges.
