LEWISBURG — Last week Tri-County North FFA celebrated National FFA Week.
On Monday, the FFA officers and a few members spent the day down in the elementary teaching lessons over agriculture and goats. They were able to teach and make crafts with over 250 students.
On Tuesday, the FFA members did a scavenger hunt around the school completing FFA challenges and answering FFA trivia questions.
Wednesday, the students had fun and learned different line dances for an FFA dance on Saturday.
Thursday was the FFA/Ag Olympics. Each class competed against each other in a series of little games to earn points.The junior class one with the reward of throwing a pie in the face of Advisor Charity Cox.
On Saturday, TCN FFA hosted a county FFA dance focused around line dancing.
