PREBLE COUNTY — The Ohio Department of Transportation has released its weekly construction update for Preble County through the week ending Feb. 19.
The following traffic advisory includes restrictions on the state highway system in Preble County. All work will be contingent upon the weather. For construction information and statewide information regarding road conditions, visit ODOT on the web at www.Ohgo.com.
Countywide guardrail post replacement: At various locations throughout the county. Traffic will be maintained by arrow boards, traffic cones and/or flaggers as needed during hours of operation.
Ohio 320 & U.S. 127 guardrail repair: On Ohio 320, between Cedar Springs Road and New Paris, and on U.S. 127, near Antioch Road. Traffic will be maintained by arrow boards, traffic cones and/or flaggers as needed during hours of operation.
Ohio 503 & U.S. 35 vegetation clearing: On U.S. 35, between I-70 and Washington Jackson Road, and on Ohio 503 at various locations. Traffic will be maintained by arrow boards, traffic cones and/or flaggers as needed during hours of operation.
Ohio 503 Building Demolition – The village of West Alexandria will close Ohio 503 (Main Street) just north of U.S. 35 (Dayton Street) Feb. 14-18 for demolition of a building. Traffic will be detoured via Dayton Street, Stotler Road (Twin Street) and Third Street.
