Local team competes at State SAY Soccer


HAMILTON — The 10-12 year old girls “Striker” team from Tri-County North Say competed at the state tournament in Hamilton on Saturday, Nov. 14 and Sunday, Nov. 16. The team was sponsored by Wildcat sports and it went undefeated during the regular season, winning all but one game which they tied. The team won its first game at the state tournament but fell in the second game to a team from the Cleveland area. The roster included Katelyn Parris, Karissa Parris, Madison Matthews, Alexis Madigan, Destiny Simon, Lindsey Koeing, Natalie Lefeld, Nicole Lefeld, Hayley Haines, Cara Waddle, Allie Shisler, Sara Williamson, Kelli Cooke, Makenzie Lykins and Maggie Hake. They were coached by Megan Evans, Hans Koeing and Chad Simon.
