PREBLE COUNTY — Deputies have arrested Abraham Jaros, of New Carlisle, for theft, after conducting investigations related to his trash hauling business. This comes after a lawsuit against Jaros was recently filed by the Ohio Attorney General. In late May and early June, the Preble County Sheriff’s Office was flooded with calls from residents who had paid for weekly trash service provided by Jaros Enterprises, according to Sheriff Mike Simpson.
