PREBLE COUNTY — On June 2, the newly elected Preble County Republican Central Committee met at the Preble County Engineer’s Office. The Republican re-organizational meeting consisted of voting in a new Preble County Executive Chairman David Haber of Eaton, Vice Chairman Floyd Geeding of Jackson Twp., Vice-Chairman Tania Minton of Eaton, Secretary Terri Hans of Jackson Twp., and Treasurer Brenda White of Eaton. Stephanie Garrett of West Alexandria was elected Central Committee Chairman, .
Haber said, “I am looking forward to working with all Preble County Republicans. Our goal is simple, get good qualified Republicans elected.”
“We have a great group of republicans on our Central Committee and I am privileged to serve with them.” said Garrett. The purpose of the Central Committee is to establish the polices of the Party and to further the cause of the Republican Party in Preble County by securing the most capable administration of government in accordance with the principal of the Republican Party, members said.
