The Fort St. Clair Kennel Club is holding its annual AKC licensed dog show on Saturday, April 26, and Sunday, April 27, at the Preble County Fairgrounds.

Show hours extend from 7 a.m. each day to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Along with breed competition both days, there will be “Best Brace” in show competition, Parade of the Best Veterans in Breed and Lure Coursing: Coursing ability test will take place Sunday afternoon.

The club is also having a dog themed arts and antiques raffle with the centerpiece raffle being a 1902 A. Backies & Sons wooden dog crate that was used to ship dogs by rail. The purpose of the raffle is to help fund Fort St. Clair charitable works.
