Wittenberg honors

Capping off a day-long celebration of the liberal arts at Wittenberg University, the campus community came together to celebrate the achievements of students and faculty members alike at the annual Honors Convocation, Friday, April 7, in Weaver Chapel. The faculty commemorated the occasion in full academic regalia as the university recognized high achievement of students and faculty members in academic and co-curricular activities. The students recognized included: Kelsey Gregory of Eaton and Cameron Willis of Eaton.

Caleb Ordean

Caleb Ordean of Arcanum is the recipient of the Rev. Melvin Maxwell Scholarship & CCCU Ministerial Scholarship in the amount of $4000 from Ohio Christian University. Ordean is studying Pre-Seminary.

Grantham University graduates

Grantham University recently announced its March local graduates of the university’s online degree and certificate programs.

“We are so proud to congratulate these graduates on trusting our team with their dreams. What an accomplishment!” said Dr. Cheryl Hayek, Grantham’s interim university president and chief academic officer. “It gives us such great pleasure to see students’ hard work result in an education that will help set them up for success in the next exciting chapter of their lives.”

Local graduates included: Raymond Newman, AS Computer Engineering Tech; Shawn Pugh, AA Business Management and BS Business Management, of Eaton;

Gregory Smith, AS Software Engineering Tech, of Lewisburg.
