The Church of God Independent Group is sponsoring a Discipleship Class in Eaton. The next class is schedule for 4-5 p.m. at the Crosswalk Coffee Cafe on Wednesday, Feb. 19. These classes are designed to present the teachings of Jesus as recorded in scriptures. All denominations are invited to discuss how these apply to the modern era with the numerous groups associated with that first-century community. Classes are free.
Day of Caring
Eaton United Church of Christ will once again be a host site for the annual Day of Caring Pancake/Sausage Brunch on Sunday, Feb. 23. The church will offer pancakes and sausage from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. Cost is $6 for adults, $4 for seniors and children under age 12. The church is located at 113 W. Decatur St. in Eaton.
Camden United Methodist Church announces their, “All You Can Eat Breakfast,” which will be held the fourth Saturday of every month, 7-11 a.m. Cost is $6.
Go Ministries International has moved from 5125 U.S. 40, New Paris to West Orchard Street, in West Manchester. This is just eight miles from its former location. Go Ministries is a full gospel/non-denominational church with something for the entire family. Sunday worship and children’s church is at 10:30 a.m. Bible study and Soldiers for Christ Youth services are Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Live bluegrass the first Friday of every month and southern gospel national and local groups, 7-9 p.m. Admission is free and a love offering will be received.
