EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during a Tuesday, July 4, session:

Jack D. Eaton, 805 E. Decatur St., Eaton, possession of heroin; Thomas Kevin Miller, 4497 Elk Creek Road, Trenton, breaking and entering, petty theft, obstructing official business; Christopher T. Roark, 814 W. Fairmount Drive, Peoria, Illinois, possession of LSD and possession of hashish.

Also: Anthony A. Armstrong, 220 E. Twin Street, Lewisburg, possession of heroin and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse, or combination of them; Christopher L. Childers, 8925 Wesler Road, New Paris, burglary, breaking and entering, contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child.

Nashelle Elaine Dorr, 4866 U.S. 35, Eaton, burglary, breaking and entering, contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child; Michael Keith Littrell, 1286 Wyatt Road, Eaton, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them, with specification.
