EATON — The Visual Arts Center of Preble County is seeking applications for Oinkers for Art, a joint fundraising effort with the Preble county Pork Festival which decorates the town with nine painted concrete pigs. The art center is accepting designs from individuals or teams to be chosen to paint one of the nine pigs. Teams will paint their pigs at the Eaton Earlybird Farmer’s Market on August 27 from 8am-1pm.
