EATON — In a Monday, Oct. 5 session, a Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments:

Shane C. Reyburn, 57 Little John Road, Greenville, grand theft of a motor vehicle; Holly A. Caper, 1026 Azel Ave., Hamilton, possession of heroin, possessing drug abuse instruments, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana; Larry D. Vestner, 1664 Spaulding Rd., Dayton, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer (two counts) and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse, or a combination of them; Angel Ismael Hernandez, 136 N. Barron St., Eaton, aggravated burglary with specification, felonious assault with specification, felonious assault.
