Indictments issued by grand jury

EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during a Tuesday, Sept. 8 session:

Terrance Campbell, 723 Lee St., Connersville, Indiana, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine; Willard E. James, 306 W. 35th St., Connersville, Indiana, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine; Roger Benge, at large, possession of heroin and possessing drug abuse instruments; Rodney Bowlin, 1625 East Ave., Eaton, possession of heroin, illegal use or possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and failure to reinstate license.

Also: Taylor M. McClanahan, 1438 Aukerman St., Eaton, forgery and criminal simulation; Bobbie J. Michael, 101 Jetta Drive, Camden, illegal conveyance of drugs onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; Joshua William Apking, 8151 Pleasant Valley Rd., Middletown, domestic violence; Dustin Lee Reier, 665 Ohio 121, New Paris, theft and forgery.

Also: Jonathon Floyd, 507 E. High St., Eaton, possession of heroin and possessing drug abuse instruments; Rebecca Sparkman, 9 South East St., Gratis, trafficking in drugs; Randall McDivitt, 411 E. Somers St., Eaton, trespass in a habitation; Jason Bell, 606 ½ E. Somers St., Eaton, forgery and identity fraud; Leann Furness, 6480 Ohio 503 N., Lewisburg, possession of heroin and petty theft; Sadie White, at large, theft, drug paraphernalia, possessing drug abuse instruments.

Franklin St., Gratis, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or combination (two counts;) Keith M. Taylor, 637 McGuire Drive, Camden, aggravated possession of drugs and disorderly conduct.
