EATON- The Preble County Fairgrounds ticket booth received a welcome replacement of its roof and other needed improvements last Friday, July 1. The roofing was the latest round of work completed on the booth.

The renovations were completed by volunteers who willingly conducted the hard work under the hot sun to improve the ticket booth that stands at the front gates of the fairgrounds.

Work on the booth was completed by Mike Henning, Nate Henning, Tom Barnes, Steve Simmons, Rob Caldwell, and Riley Maggard. Sharon Shute did the painting once the roofing and other tasks were completed. Roofing was done by Sherriff Goslin Roofing, supervised by Scott Weaver.

Special thanks goes out to the following donors: Rumpke Waste, Sherriff Goslin, Wilson Hardware, Ace Hardware, Freedom 1st Credit Union, Garber Electric (who provided the paid work permit and electrical work,) Becky Henning, Preble County Engineers Office, and Camden Ready Mix.
