Take advantage of the libraries new open lab hours for help with your mobile devices, Microsoft Office, research, using the library catalog, or any tech-related issue. No appointment is necessary. Open lab hours will be 1-4 p.m.

Paracord Bracelets (ages 8-12)

1 p.m. at the Eldorado Library

3 p.m. at the New Paris Library

We’re making our own paracord bracelets at the libraries this week.

Get in the Game Night (kids and families)

5:30 p.m. at the West Alexandria Library

Play carnival games, minute-to-win-it games, and more at the library. We’ll provide snacks.

Pass the Hoop (ages 12 and under)

5:30 p.m. at the Camden Library

Bring the kids to the Camden Library for a fun game of Pass the Hoop.

10 a.m. at the Eaton Library

A program for children under 12; the Eaton Library will have weekly Summer Reading activities. The activities vary each week with children enjoying plays, reader’s theater, hands-on activities, crafts, and more!

Story Time

1 p.m. at the West Alexandria Library

Hear a story, do a fun activity, and enjoy a snack at this story time for ages 7 and under.

Temporary Henna Tattoos (teens, grades 6-12)

4 p.m. at the West Elkton Library

Henna tattooing involves making decorative designs on the skin and then staining the figures. Henna designs may remain on the skin up to a month or more. Christina, Teen Librarian, will explain Henna to teens and supervise as you design and apply the tattoos to your arms and hands. All supplies will be provided. This program requires a signed permission slip to participate.
