PCHS plans Christmas dinners

EATON — The Preble County Historical Society is planning this year’s Christmas dinner gathering, themed, “Gingerbread Jubilee” for Friday and Saturday, Dec. 4-5.

These evenings of dining, music and cheer begin at 5:30 p.m. both nights, with music and appetizers in the Lewisburg Log House and Exhibit Hall. There will be a silent auction.

Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Sayler-Swartsel House, with a menu consisting of squash soup, spring mix salad, ham, crab cakes, roasted potato medley, broccoli, ginger cake, and eggplant primavera. Cost is $55 for PCHS members, $65 for non-members.
