The Preble County Council on Aging will host a program on Monday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m., presented by OSHIIP (Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program). The presentation will cover recent changes to Medicare; the annual Coordination Election Period (Oct. 15-Dec. 7;) identifying the best Medicare supplement coverage for 2016; and Medicare prescription drug plans (Part D).
