PREBLE COUNTY — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments in a Monday, Aug. 4, session:


Daniel J. Johnson, 32 Quaker Trace Rd., Lot 7, West Alexandria, domestic violence; Josh D. Taylor, 67 Hamilton-New London Rd., Hamilton, possession of marijuana, trafficking in marijuana, one forfeiture specification; Morgan P. Taylor, 67 Hamilton-New London Rd., Hamilton, possession of marijuana, trafficking in marijuana, possession of drugs, possessing criminal tools, two forfeiture specifications; Katharine S. Steele, 56 N. Shawnee Plains, Camden, obstructing justice.


Also: Tyler A. Anderson, 150 Camden Ave., West Elkton, breaking and entering and theft; Curtis K. Morris, 719 N. Barron St., Eaton, violating protection order or consent agreement; Joshua C. Saylor, 5200 Lee Road, New Paris, burglary with specification, grand theft, theft, obstructing official business; Jeremy Scott Phenis, 2186 E. 400 N., Winchester, Indiana, possession of heroin, possessing drug abuse instruments; Timothy James Wass, at large, receiving stolen property, misuse of credit cards, theft.

Street, Richmond, Indiana, theft from a disabled person; Timothy Wass, at large, trespass in a habitation and resisting arrest; Gregory Grubb, 6406 Ohio 320, New Paris, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, abduction, endangering children, using weapons while intoxicated, domestic violence; David West, 321 N.
